Yesterday I updated Mcafee Virus Scan 6 with dat 4182 and on my first scan it said that Mcafee Firewall 3.0 was infected with New BackDoor1 trojan. Other virus scanners did not confirm this, nor did TDS-3 trojan scanner. Has anyone else got this problem with dat 4182. Dat 4181 came up clean too. The file that it says is infected is CPD.exe from Mcafee Firewall 3.0.

This problem has now been resolved. It was a false positive detection. This is part of the reply I got back from AVERT..............

Our Senior Virus Research Engineers have examined the file in question and
no virus was found.
Solution -
Attached is an extra.dat with corrected detection. This correction will be
included in the next DAT update."
