McAfee ASaP

Has anyone experienced any problems with using the ASaP version of McAfee? I am currently experiencing a problem where the user logs in and receives the following message:

"There was an internal error and one of the windows you were using has been closed. It is recommended that you save your work and close all programs, and then restart your computer."

This message is comes and goes. One week the user will receive this error and the next she won't.

Any clues in the Event Log as to what that internal error is? Bet step is to send that information to McAfee ASaP Tech Support for analysis. Not enough info to work with.

I checked the Event Logs in the machine and there is nothing that indicates a problem. I did contact McAfee and they sent me a tool to gather information from the problem machine. They are currently analyzing the information because they don't know what the problem is.
