McAfee Alerts caused by SpyBot & CWSredder??

Hi All

My mate downloaded AdAware, HJT, About:Buster, CWSredder and SpyBot S&D last night. He had his McAfee VS Home Essentials enabled, and it suddenly went berserk reporting over 80 'worms' infesting his PC!! [surprise]
This happened during the SBS&D download. He yelled at me this morning for infesting his PC, but I pacified him somewhat by saying it was most likely the malware definitions in SBS&D that set it off - am I right? [blush]
