McAfee 7.1 to 8.5i on SCCS 5.0 2

Anyone have any issues upgrading McAfee 7.1 to 8.5i on SCCS 5.0? Nortel's documentation doesn't seem to address specific versions, but has general guidelines about McAfee and other antivirus products in their "3rd Party Software for Contact Center" guide. Thanks!
 
Although Nortel only endorse three products, the general rule is you can use any suitable Virus Scanner. Make sure that it does not hog CPU and that you are able to exclude the areas Nortel tell you to.
 
Yup, as long as Antivirus doesn't do it's scan during the call centre busy times and as long D:\Nortel\iccm folder + Database drives (F-U) are excluded from the scan, you should be good to go.

Antivirus scanning D:\Nortel\iccm folder can make your SCCS go down so be careful.
