We have a cluster running with 2 nodes.
We already set up NTP long time ago.
Last week we head to change the NTP server because the one on the internet closed down.
We brought down the NTP process and we edited the /etc/ntp.conf file with the new NTP server.
After that we tried to start de NTP daemin again but it wont start. The other node has the same problem.

Do i really have to restart the nodes ?????

Already thanks...!!!

Henrico

no, noderestart is not necessary for a xntp.conf change. do you get some messages from the xntpd?

Best Regards, Franz
