MBSA2.0.6706.0 Unable to scan

Hello,
I have a problem to scan remote a server. I get the following error-message in the Log-File:

Issue: Security Updates
Score: Unable to scan
Result: Error transferring Microsoft Update Subscriber installer to the target computer. (0x80070002)

Server: W2k3 with SP1. I have installed the WindowsUpdateAgent20-x86.exe. The share c$ exists, the Automatic Updates Service is running.

I'm scanning remote with a batch-File: mbsacli.exe /target server2003 /n Password+IIS+OS+SQL /nai >>c:\temp\log.txt

Has anyone an idea??

Something is going wrong here, but I don't know what.
