MBM switch settings

Hello,
I'm setting up a BCM 400 3.6. I have a DSM 32+ ,digital trunk interface, GATM8, and ASM8. I would like to use the 2/6 channel split.Or would the 3/5 split be better for this configuration? It is getting a PRI. DN's start out with 9600. Will this conflict with using 9 for an acess code.
How would the switches be set on each card? Lots of MICS and CICS experience, my first BCM.

You will have to have a different digit for your dial 9 access.
