Hi All,

Trying to troubleshoot an issue, and I'm trying to get logs from Server Manager>View Logs files, but whenever I try to get to that page, the webpage freezes, tried rebooting the MBG and different browsers

Can you ssh onto the server? Check remote access is enabled under Security / Remote Access and log in using root. Use the same password as you do for admin.

You can use normal bash commands to get to /var/log and all the logs are there - some are beneath another directory (eg. /var/log/tug

May be easier to use 'mc' command to get midnight commander and browse there. If using mc, you can then find the logfile you are interested in and use F3 to view. F10 to get back to the directory view.

Or use Filezilla (or other SFTP client) and secure copy the files from this location back to a windows server for analysis.

Thanks, @techymitel, I got my logs.
