Hi,

We have a TW phone in the USA that is a 5330.

The user has set up as a TW phone & has entered the correct IP address.

The screen on the handset is showing: port access control #

We have set up many in the USA & never had this before.

Any advise or help appreciated

why don't you try to factory default it and then reprogram teleworket IP address?

To factory default the set plug it in while pressing the volume up key, select tools and browse for factory default.

Let us know if it now works.
