MBG Sip trunking work for incomming calls Only

Hi
We have setup MBG with Mivoice Business for Sip trunking. It's working for incoming Call
but for outgoing call not working. The following error appears on MSL status

comment:Cannot route FIXED TRUNK INVITE request - unknown remote host 10.141.40.223:5060[UDP] -- check configuration!

Any one face this before

would probably help to know
whats the carrier ( sip trunk provider)
what software levels are being used
what do you have in Network element for trunk provider
what cos settings are on the trunk
how is the trunk connected to the MBG - via a NTU or over the internet

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Looks like the Invite cannot be send out to the SIP Peer NE 10.141.40.223 via port 5060.
This looks to be a local address (private), is this connected back to a SIP NTU or MBG or NAT (Firewall)?
I will check routing first to this address.
