MBG SIP Trunk Ports TCP not accepting

Her we have configured MCD SIP trunks with TCP 5060 port also configured MBG 5060 port but MCD saying MBG not accepting TCP ports how to enable TCP port in MBG because sip provider end point we have only TCP
how to do it her

How is the MBG connected? Is it server-gateway mode or LAN mode? Why TCP UDP more likely?

We have configured in ICP network elements SIP trunks ports TCP 5060 also Outbound proxy TCP 5060 after that MBG sip trunk form there is no option like TCP or UDP just port no 5060 all configured well then ICP maintenance logs says MBG IP not supporting TCP port pls check IP address, any one help for this how we will configure it? Everybody telling use MBG for sip trunk the problem will solve but still there is

why we are using TCP always UDP 5060 is getting blocked some time showing open|filtered from ISP public IP but TCP is open status continually
every time we are complains to ISP but there are telling we are not blocking any ports also we don't have the firewall between ISP & MBG because of this reason we are going for TCP port also we have configured the TCP port for sip trunk with softphone by using laptop its working fine now we need to integrate to MBG there is any Option?
