MBG sip proxy peer to peer posible?

We attemptto receive a sip trunks with an MBG as SIP Proxy
I know we need the next info to set the sip trunks in MBG

Remote Trunk endpoint address: The public IP address of the provider’s switch or gateway this address should be given to you by the provider
The port to use: UDP 5060
Authentication - User name and password provided

We receive the follow info from SIP carrier
Dear Sirs
Our connection is peer to peers. It is no user name and password.
Please send the public IP of the PBX for acceptance into our network.

regarding the IP which must authorize his side would be:
