can you help me with proof (some documentation)?
To be specific:
We want to upgrade mivb 8 to 9, and already upgraded the 2 MBG's to 11.3.0.49
But at the moment, we still use mivb8,
(I think) After the upgrade of the MBG's, we encounter that external incoming calls are sometimes dropped after 30-40 seconds.
Supplier states that these upgraded MBG's are not supported, and the we should revert those to the old version.

Id use 11.0.3.54 11.3.0.49 had some issues
release notes don't specifically mention MIVB version requirements , only restrictions based on Micollab ( if they are clustered)
