We are getting this Milk error code:8, Max_channels:0, Milk error description:E_MILK_NOVLIC - VM license is required, Max_users:0, Max_transcoding:0, AmcLicenseType:teleworker, Keyname:mbg, VM code:1 error

We previously had 5.2 running in the same fashion with no problems. But since the upgrade to MSL 10 and MBG 9,0 its throwing up this what I think is a licence problem. have mitel got wise to this method of running it?

If you are running a Mitel product in a virtual environment it MUST have a virtualisation license

What you were doing previously was unsupported

You need a license added to its arid to continue using it.

It is mentioned in the release notes for one of the versions

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....

Thanks Billz66, thats what I thought. Customer techie can't understand how they know its a VM install though....
