Hi all,

Having issues with upgrading and existing install of teleworker on the above server, however when i try installing the MSL, i get an exception error, and after looking through the error output, it mentions raid. I can not find anywhere to turn off raid in the BIOS, as i have on other servers.

Has anyone installed MBG 7 and MSL 9.3 on the above successfully?

We just had the one in our office upgraded. Will need to check if its 7 or not.

Reading the MSLQualHardware it says that you should not use the configuration utility for RAID, only MSL software based RAID is supported.

It also mentions a note:
This (older model) server is supported for the installed base, but do not use for new installations.

Which he is doing when he says he is upgrading an existing install of teleworker.

Did you use the checksum to verify the downloads to avoid the possibility of corruption? If you are not going to use RAID is there an alternate place to plug in the hard drives that would bypass the RAID controller?

I have used the checksum and it passes, on the motherboard i can only see the sata connections.
