MBG 8.1 Broadcast Storm

I just upgraded MBG to latest, now customer is stating their Internet access goes down due to WAN on the MBG. I have disabled the WAN port on the MBG but they claim they have same issue if they plug in the Ethernet cable back to it. Has anyone experienced this?

Technology is going to kill us all!
 
i would check for Ip address conflicts sounds like something is amiss.

So is their internet through the MBG?

You can't duct tape stupid.
 
Maybe a network trace and find out where the traffic is coming from ? I have found this to work in past experiences with other UIP systems ....

I watch this closely as we are contemplating moving up to version 7 but with PrairieFyre , Oaisys , and Gateways , I am concerned about the code !
