Several of my servers locked up after I installed the mailbox cleanup agent and had the service running continuously for a period of time. I don't know if it was related or not but now I don't leave the service running on my servers. I only run it when I need to. I haven't had any problems with the servers locking up since. The product works wonderfully. I've never had any problems with how it performs.
