(May be a Stupid Q) How use REPLY/SEND for Internet Mail Accounts?

On our GroupWise 6 Mail Accounts, we have set up

1) an internal mail account for our company (the default) called "GroupWise" and

2) an external mail account through our ISP called "Earthlink".

The problem is that when I try to REPLY to the mail (received through Earthlink's pop server) from OUTSIDE our company, and I press the SEND icon, the mail comes back undeliverable.

When I press the down-arrow under the "send" button, Earthlink appears in bold (as if it were defaulted to when sending) even though GroupWise is set as the default and has the word "default" next to it, but is not in bold and it is listed second.

The software will not work unless I click the down-arrow under the "send" button, and then manually select the GroupWise account. This makes no sense! How can I set it so that it works?

I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Hello,

What you may want to look at is your frequent contacts book tab in the address book of your mailbox.

What probably may be happening is that it is caching an old email address or a local with an outside address that you are trying to mail this too...

Clean out your frequent contacts and then try:)

Hope that helps
