Maxtor OneTouch4 external backup Hard Drive

I recently installed the mentioned drive on my Dell PC. I am using Crystal Reports XI. When I installed the drive, I no longer had access to the ODBC tables associated with my main Database.

I am using Windows XP Pro, SP2

Anyone have any ideas on how to overcome this?

That sounds "unpossible" as there should be no relation whatsoever to the external USB drive and anything else on the computer. Need more information on your environment.
