Can the circuit board from a Model 90845D4 be used in Model 86480D6? Thanks in advance...
 
Well, one came out in 1997 and the other came out in 1999 so my guess would be it's worth a shot, as with drives of that age you're unlikely to find a working model of either, except, of course, on eBay!!!!

Might be worth trying, but I would only do this if one drive is toast & you really need the data from it.
