I have tried to get my Sunblade 2000 to see my Maxtor drive via the USB interface. I shutdown the system and plugged in the USB drive and boot -r. I try to type format to see if it sees the drive and I get a Segmentation fault. I was able to see the USB device once via the format command but I could not view the partition table or mount the drive. Any help whether USB drives this big are compatible would be greatly appreciated.
