We have run into a weird situation where we have a queue with a MAXP of say 200 and only show 150 positions associated with it. The problem we have is that we can't log any more agents into the queue and have to bump up the MAXP. Currently the MAXP is up over 300 but there is still less than 200 positions assocaiated with the queue. We do use MQA but when we look in the MAX we don't see any agents MQA'd into the queue.

Has anyone seen/heard of this before? What was done to fix it? If we wanted to bump up the MAXP on our major queues to say 1000 each would that cause any issues?

Thanks

very strange because the maxp prompt is for max number of stations you can build, not the max agents logged on.. i would look for a patch, not that the maxp prompt requires any lic..

Check LOG in LD 17 0-999 (Max number of agents that can be logged in at one time)

i do know that if you try to add sets past the maxp prompt that you will have to change it
