I have a cust that just switched from a T1 to a PRI and now can't make 011 calls. I read the posts on this issue & changed the digits to delete from 0 to 3 and just got a recording saying if I wanted to make a local call......
When they try to dial a 011 call the call is hitting the PRI because I can see the trunk label on the display but about 10 seconds after dialing the last digit they get a wave off. There are no restrictions except for the Mer. Msg ports assigned Disallowed list 0. I'm stumped. When I first turned up this ckt I used an IP Office to test with so as not to disrupt svc until they were actually ready for it and had no probs. I am attaching the PRI printout
PRI INFORMATION- Thanks in advance

Your print looks like you have some sort of configuration corruption?

Fool around a bit in system programming, maybe Special Services and you will find an option to stamp calls Int'l or Nat'l for entry 011, try the opposite of what it is set for....

Ever since they got the new PRI I have trouble even getting in using SPM and get garbage on any printouts. I will try changing the Special Service Table & see what happens. Thanks!!

On the PRI information, and you'll see that under the Special Services Table, Entry 0, the 011 entry, there is also an entry to delete 0 digits. On SOME CO Switch setups, this causes the switch to dial 011011xxxxxx. All you'll need to do in this case is set that particular entry to delete 3 digits so that you get 011xxxx. Te Telco CAN be particularly useful in this case, as they can see just what you are sending, and help (yes, I know I said help) you troubleshoot this issue.
