Maximum SLC message wait lights SV8100

Hi does anyone know the maximum number of message wait lights that can be simultaneously on on the SV8100. I am looking to use this as a cheat as I have taken on a customer that is a "Lifestyle village" and the units have an alarm system that uses the line to dial out, Thing is they are getting a lot of line down alarms and I suspect the alarm system is looking for 48V whereas the system is supplying 24V. My idea is to use the higher voltage supplied when message wait is set to keep the alarm system happy. My concern is will that overload the PSU?
