Hi!

I have been looking at and analysing quite a bit of MD110 CIL output since I was last active on this forum. The Trunk IDs are nine bytes long with 3 bytes each for Route, LIM and Trunk number. Whilst trunks go into 3 digits (e.g. 120 channel DPNSS link) the maximum I have seen for Route is 96 and for LIM 27. Do the latter two ever go to 3 digits or is the leading byte in each case future proofing?

Many thanks,

Many thanks for the information. I will retrain 3 character fields in my database design. Does anyone know if there are any plans to expand the Trunk number field? I did see some CIL (few years old) where the PABX had been configured so that each Trunk number was unique but the maximum I saw was around 700.

Many thanks,
