Hello All, We're on Symposium Express 4.2. I am getting "Maximum # of agent defined" message when I try to add more agent. How do I find out how many agent I already have and what my limit is. If I need to increase the number, what do I need to purchase please.

How many agents do you have configured? The maximum logged on for an Express is 150, the number you can configure is probably around 300.
 
Thanks, you're absolutely right. 300 agents and 4 supervisor. Total of 304 staffs are configured. What do I do to add more agents? Is there a way to increase the number.
The reasons behind so many agents we have is because each agent has 8 different login id and each id has different skill set so one agent can be assigned anywhere in the call center using their different ID.

you need to redesign for a more efficient way of doing business. There shouldn't be a need to have 8 different login...otherwise upgrade to CCMS, those are your options.

1 login is all that's is needed, assign your skillset and route the calls via cdn, clid or dnis appropriately
 
djwht, so many customers don't manage skillset assignments these days. Instead, they set up multiple agent log-in id's. I'm with you, if you're going to spend the money to buy and configure SECC, then you should use it properly.
 
You have 3 options:

1. Delete unwanted/unused agents
2. Redesign the way you work to make more efficient use of available resource.
3. Upgrade to CC6 - costly

I do understand why you use multiple log on ID's, Ive done it myself many times. But you have hit the limits of an Express system.
