Have an MCD and Nupoint with the latest and greatest s/w. Customer wants to record outside conference calls unattended and then transcribe them later. These can be over 2 hours in length. From what I've read and tested after setting the Caller and User Message Length from 5 to 60 minutes, 60 minutes is the max. Anyone know a way around this other than the user starting a new recording session at the 60 minute mark? Thanks

However, placing the call on hold then manually restarting the record a call will start a new recording.
