Jul 8, 2014 Thread starter #3 Moss100 Technical User Aug 10, 2004 584 GB It's a professionally purchased system that the client has. Each time a new client is added to the database a new table is created. I know this is not 'normal' - but this is how the package is written and is how the data is stored. It's run for them for 8 years without a problem - so I guess it's doing it's job - but I'm wondering how many tables access is happy with? Thanks mark. Upvote 0 Downvote

Jul 9, 2014 Thread starter #5 Moss100 Technical User Aug 10, 2004 584 GB Yes access 2003 is also 32k objects. So as the database only contains tables, there should not be foreseeable problems for the company to remain using this software package. Many thanks. Mark. Upvote 0 Downvote
