Does any know that max number of sheets able to be used in one workbook? And what would cause a sheet to need to be moved before the work book would calculate? Thanks!

It is limited by your computer's memory.

Go to Excel Help and search for 'limitations' or 'specifications' to see this and other such limitations of Excel.

As for the second question - you'll need to provide more details.
