Maximum Number of Segments has been exceeded

I searched on this and found nothing, so hopefully someone else has seen it. I have a user who gets this message: The maximum number of segments LOTUS Notes can support has been exceeded. He has to close NOTES and reboot to get back into NOTES.

He is running Notes Client 6.5.1. I just rebuilt his PC and reconfigured his NOTES to use the new client. He is running a local replication of the database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also listed as a fix in 6.5.4, same page. Upgrade to version 6.5.4 or higher could be a solution?

Thanks. I had actually found these references when I first began my search. At that point the user was still using 5.0.11 client so I thought upgrading him to 6.5.4 would solve the problem. It did not help.

However, I did have our corporate help desk run the fixup on his database and then made a new local replica. So far that seems to have resolved the problem.
