As the number of subscribers on our MM 5.2 system has grown past 5000, we now get the message that the Maximum number of filtered subscribers allowed: 5000 popup when you click on Manage on the Manage Subscriber screen.

Is it possible to increase the limit? We have a third party assisting with the reset of passwords. Normally they just go to the Manage Subscriber Access page from the Manage Subscriber page and look the user up by name. Now they have to go to Manage Subscriber Access page to setup a filter. It’s a pain when they have to set filers.

Thanks

This is the process to the latest 5.2 patch of Service Pack 9 patch 3.

You could ask Avaya for a feature enhancement filing a GRIP form.
