Maximum Number of DN appearences

Hello, I have a site(Opt 61c)that will not allow me to add a DN to more that 16 telephones. I need to have a number appear on 30 telephones. I get the following error:

Wuld it be possible to chg it to MCR 6888. You can then go 30.

if you are doing SCR why not just make it an ACD and add it to any you need?

What version of software are you on?

On my Option 11c running 4.5 (it's now a CS1000M), 30 sets is the limit for a DN appearance.

16 is the limit on some versions of Opt11 software. There is no way around it if more than 16 people need to see and pickup the line.

If it is a matter of having more people be able to simply answer a ringing call, then an economy solution is a chime on the wall with the DN in question, with instructions for users to do "Call Pickup" when they hear it.
