Im getting an alarm on the CCM with:-

Maximum number of connections for SMDR log device exceeded

I get the same when I telnet to the 3300 on port 1752.

ACD collection is fine.

Any tips on how to clear the connections? How many connections can a 3300 have?

Reboot the controller and do not connect more than 3 sessions to port 1752. That's the only way I know...

in the controller registry form you can change how many connections are supported, rebooted required.

would rather check what is using up the 3 connections if I were you and disconnect that which is not required

I'm guessing that one of the call logger/voice recording engineers have been trying to test causing this problem.

Thanks for the tips.
