maximum nr of DSS appearances on 5550 console

Is there a limit to the amount of appearances of DSS lamps on the 5550 IP console?

Prior to 3300 S/w rls 7.1 (but minimum rls 5.2) I believe the limit is 96, requiring the programming of dual virtual PKM-48's against the console.

If the lists are not shared and you have multiple consoles then of course you could have 96 per console X however many consoles you have (up the max which again I think is 24)

Beginning with 3300 Rls 7.1 there is support for multiple DSS/BLF "lists" and supports up to 20 lists.

I don't know but here I'm assuming a "list" would consist of 96 members. Perhaps someone can embellish upon this.

I find this hard to figure out. 96 is a very small amount of ext to monitor given the fact that the smallest Mitel controller supports 100 users these day.

anyway I don't use the PKM method anymore. It's much easier just importing the ext nrs into the remote busy lamp field form. this does excately the same as using a PKM.
my scenario is one where I have 4 controllers clustered and will grow in excess of 1100 users.

96 is not the limit.

At release 6.1.5.4 I had over 300.(programmed on multiple virtual PKM's)

I do not know the upper limit.

I kinda thought it would be in the hundreds not sure abou the amount though...eventually would require roughly 1100...

not sure if it can do this
