Maximum Concurrent Trunks During Interval?

Hi all

I am hoping to find a CMS report or BCMS command on the switch that will show me the maximum number of concurrent trunks in use during certain time frames.

What I am trying to do is find out how many trunks were in use between different day parts. For example, between 11am - 4pm and 9pm and midnight.

The historical trunk reports in CMS don't exactly show me what I want. The trunk report will show me an occupancy percentage, but that is only for the busy hour. The summary interval reports aren't exactly giving me what I want either.

Any ideas appreciated. Running CM 3.1.4 with CMS R13.

Thanks

Nick

There is real-time data (30 second delay) available from the PBX. If you do 'monitor traffic trunks' it will show you trunk group size and active trunks. You could use ASA to capture that data and dump it into a report.
