I am creating forms with tabs and keep running into the same problem. The Tabs are visible in design view, but when I select Form view, they are way up at the top of the screen, and I have to use the right and bottom scroll bars to move the screen up to view the tabs. I have tried coding for a DoCmd.Maximize on the Load Event, but this does not work. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Use the Size to Fit command on the Window menu.

Design your form, insert your tabbed pages remembering that unless you want to have to scroll to see the whole thing then the tab control must be small enough that you can see the whole thing on screen. Make sure the detail section of the form is either the same size as the tab control or just a tad larger all round.
Switch to form view (the form's PopUp property must be set to No) and click Size to Fit on the Window menu.

If you want to use the form's header and footer section then the tab control and detail section will have to be reduced in height to allow for them all to fit in the window.
