maximise form in application when auto opened by access

I have set up my system to automatically open up a form in an application when opening Access. The form is not maximised when opened. A simple macro can fix this once I am in access but the only control I have when I auto open is application name and form name.

When you are at the design view of the form
View > Code >
then select from the two combo boxes (left one is objects/controls and right one is properties and functions
