Situation: I have 9 cdn's which report total calls from a menu service in mail (number of times #1 was pushed #2 etc)Max was reporting on these cdn's via a Control DN report. All of a sudden it stopped, my config is ok as far
as number of cdn's licences, etc.The only thing I did was put in a new cdn and let CCR take control, I can report on this one ok.All other cdn's have reporting turned on and are not in control of CCR, I did a config update and
a data base check in max, any ideas would be appreciated

If the first CDN:s did report to MAX before you configured the last CDN, there is no reason why they should stop to report to MAX.

A system report would be best to ensure that you haven't been excceding any licenses.
If you haven't done that restart the HSL link between the PXB and the MAX.

You have to be logged out for the HSL link to be activated.
wait for message ADD000 (if I remember right)

When the link is established again, MAX gets updated with information from the switch.
If these doesn't help, reboot MAX.

This is naturaly all based on the information you gave.
If you have missed anything that you did, the response could be another.

you might try printing out the cdn in overlay 23 and make sure that RPRT is still set to yes, otherwise information won't feed from the pbx to max.
