We are using a Windows 2003 server used primarily as a video server, where we distribute on-demand video, encoded at 256kbs via MMS.
I have all the settings set to "Unlimited", i.e. player connections, bandwith, etc.
Currently, the server can only accept a maximum of 21 connections...which is very strange.
Does anybody have any possible reason why it's maxing at 21? CPU usage with 21 is around 5%, and there is plenty of memory free, so I don't think it is a hardware limitation. The data connection availabe to the server is also quite capable.
Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
