Hi,
I've been working on a MAX TNT to replace my MAX 6096s and have run into snag. 56k callers and ISDN callers with Cisco equipment come up fine, however, I have a number of callers with 3Com ISDN devices and their accounts keep coming on and getting disconnected with an cause code 39. This happens very quickly, on the order of on and off in less than three seconds. Also, one 56k customer who connects via a 3Com Remote Dual Analog has similar problems. None of these issues occur on the 6096s. I know I must be missing some subtle setting, but I'm at my wits end trying to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I cannot ping my callers who are connected via the TNT, help with this issue would also be appreciated.
