Max Temp for P-4

I need to set up my hardware monitor in the bios,does anyone no the cut off temp for a pentium 4 533 fsb.It seems to run at 112 F. normally.

P4s tend to throttle back as they get hot and most of the time don't 'cut off' check the specs at intel site.
