MAX question

Hello
I have old MAX app which is not used anymore (for 2 years)
I have maint password but don't have any Supervisor level entry
Is there any way to create Supervisor when I don't have any supervisor login to use?

Was some time ago, believe it was something like:
Try to log in as "maxusr" on maint port.
supervisor ID : 0 <enter>
and create new ID's

I cannot enter Supervisors mode uisng &quot;0&quot;
It's out of range - no such supervisor message appears.
Is there any way to reset supervisors to default? (Using console - it's remote site)

try 9999 as a id and 9999 as a pass

No way I've tried 0, 0000,1111,9999 and any similiar - no effect - no such supervisor or Out of range message
Is there any posisibility to remove existing supervisor setup and recreate default ones?
