Max processing time or Max records limit reached

Hi All.
I am using CR/CE XI linking to AS400.

I have some large reports which run fine through CR, however, when users want to run them through Enterprise via a web browser the report times out and they receive the following message:
"Error in File All Brand Sales : Max processing time or Max records limit reached".

I have been into Enterprise and changed the Maximum Number of Records setting in the Report Application Server to Unlimited, but this hasn't made a difference.

Can anyone help please?
