I have a user that is complaining that his Outlook 98 is crashing when he has 10-15 messages open at once in Outlook. Typically the more applications / Windows you have running the greater risk of lock up. Does anyone know where I can find information on the Max tolerance of messages Outlook will safely handle? Thank you!
The user is running Win 98/Office 97 /Outlook 98 off of a local .pst file on a Toshiba Portege 7220 Pentium 3/650mghtz w/192m of RAM
