That might be a better question.I know you can run up to 9 on one extension with the saps unit.

I want to put a single KIM on every phone for our Executives so they can see who is on the phone and have lots of speed dials.

You can add as many as you want to as long as you do not make the CAPS. (If you want line appearances on the KIm's then you are limited to 12 on the system)
But as long as they are just used for extensions and features like you describe, you will be OK.

You will be ok with 5 kims on the system expensive we things all the same. They cost more than a T7316.
