keep in mind that there is no theoretical maximum number of DIVs you can have on a site. The problem though is that most systems have only a certain amount of memory available for the browser. Each div on a page requires space in memory and in storage (in the html page). Surely 4000 divs on one page will ask for bigger sizes HTML pages and bigger memory (and processor) to deal with it in a sustainable level. Gary
