Our company has the Lucent Definity G3csi v7, with ACD and BCMS. In the same vein as "Trunk Usage" posted by tc1 today, does anyone know if it's possible to show, historically, what the maximum number of trunk lines in use at any one time has been? For example, we have 48 lines in our trunk group (two T1's), and I want to know what the maximum number of lines in use at any one time has been.
The only way I can see right now is to run "monitor traffic trunk X" manually during our call center's peak call times.
