Max Number of Calls/Busy Trigger

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the default values of 4/2 for the max number of calls/busy trigger system wide? So that whenever I add a DN to a device by default it's 6/4 instead of 4/2? I've looked all over and can't find it. Was hoping someone knew for sure one way or the other.

The only way to do it is via the BAT tool. Theres no way to change the default setting.
