max Network-Throughput on a ML350G3

Hi

We have 4 ML350G3 with onboard 1Gbit-Network card here. OS is Win2003SP1. We just made an upgrade from 100Mbit to a 1Gbit-Ethernet-Switch. Different tests from one server to another (FTP or SMB-Filetransfers) shows a bad bandwidth utilisation, max 20%. The same result with BackupExec. Is this a normal result for Gbit-Ethernet on ML350G3?
