MAX MTE

I am looking for some documentation on what kinds of changes I can make to ACD agents using the MTE.
I can see using Configuration Control that soe basic settings can be changed, but I would like to be able to access a tech document.

Go to nortelnetworks.com, select technical documentation, select Meridian 1 ACD from pull down window, select PDF file, Select the ACD info you want - probably the management commands and reports. Remember that MTE is only a communications tool. The commands are those in the acd package in the switch.

Thanks alot. I was specifically attempting to change Agent Priority. My management was asking for doc's containing info that I could actually make this change. Again, thanks for your help!!
